The day of the average person is accustomed to the daily range: woke up, ate, worked, ate, slept … and everything. Not enough time to
think about important aspects of their lives, and it’s easy to lose balance. In fact, we live in a very fast and rich world, and it makes our lives a hurry and bustle, and many of us can not even identify those aspects of life that need attention and balance.
Give these sides of your life a little bit of your attention. When the last time you made a conscious effort to improve its position in these areas?
Expenses
Spending too much? Take a good look at your monthly cash flow and what you can do almost here. But do not skimp on gifts for birthday and loved ones do not become a meanie.
Time
Even the most organized of us have too much work and no time to raise their head and admire the stars. Unfortunately, our time – an important but limited resource. Look for balance.
Nutrition
No breakfast in the morning, have a bite of lunch and a good dinner in the evening – this is the usual style of most working people. But a full breakfast, a hearty lunch and a light supper is a much more balanced mode for us.
Children
Make sure that you have taught your children to take and give, to perform their duties and have fun, learn new things and to act independently.
Savings
Whatever your income is, put off a small percentage of your monthly long-term savings, it will give you more confidence in the future, due to small restrictions in the present.
Relationship
Good relationships involve a balance of interest, comfort, and overcoming difficulties.
Goals
They should not be too complex and inaccessible, but must remain attractive and gambling for you.
Education and action
Too much action without education can lead to serious errors and crash on the pitfalls. Inaction in the area in which we have education, rapidly reduces our level and qualifications, you will either use your knowledge, or lose them.
Good and bad
If you have too much praise, it can tear you away from reality. If you do not get an objective assessment of your work, interact with different people to get constructive feedback.
When you walked through the whole list, it became clear that the balance in all aspects of our lives is to use common sense in everyday real-world affairs.
