We begin to seek solace, to beat the stress. According to statistics, in 80% of cases, we find it in food. The formula of happiness is very simple: the more you eat, the better mood will be. Therefore it is not a surprise that in the autumn months, people accumulate fat.

There is some logic in such situations: when our nervous system experiences stress, the body needs additional support, but this does not mean that every meal helps us to survive the nervous moments. It is not a secret anymore that “to eat” stress is possible, but it’s not about the quantity, but the quality of food. The correct menu can not only cheer you, but also maintain you in shape.

Due to the desire of being in shape whole the year, it is not necessary so much to do:

1) A fragrant min tea relieves stress. Drink it better at night if you have been nervous all day, because mint is a natural sedative;

2) Cabbage, which reduces the activity of the thyroid gland, calms the shattered psyche;

3) Fruit salad with strawberries and bananas. Strawberries suppress negative emotions, taken in the amount of 150 g. However, in combination with bananas (the hormone of happiness – serotonin) strawberries work much productive.
