How to Attract Happiness

Have you ever looked at your life and wish you were happier? I think everyone has done that at least once in their life so you are not alone. The key here is to make sure that you actually obtain the happiness that you are looking for. Here are 3 keys to help you attract the happiness that you want.

1. Discover what makes you happy.

This is something that you may have never done before in your life. Sit down and really think in detail about what would make you happy. Be specific here. Don’t write down general kinds of things. Before you can be happy you must know what makes you happy.

2. Make necessary changes.

Once you know what makes you happy, make the changes that are necessary to bring that happiness to you. This may call for you to make some major changes in your life. No matter how big the change it will be worth it if you can have the happiness that you are looking for.

3. Get around happy people.

If you generally hang around people that are unhappy then you will most likely be unhappy as well. It’s important that you surround yourself with the kind of people that you want to be. This one thing help you change in more ways then you can think. Think about it, if you are around depressed people how do you feel after you leave them? Most likely you will feel down yourself. Likewise, if you are around happy people you will leave feeling much happier then when you arrived.
