Why do you feel victimized by your own worries, phobia or fears?
If a person has a phobia or fear of something that he feels he must handle as it becomes a problem with living his life then he may find the below data of greatest interest.
Phobias, fears and many disorders can be handled drug-free, but sometimes a change in life-style might be of help or needed. If you keep on hitting your head on your door frame, it might be good to enlarge the door or move. You know what I mean.
If you have an uncontrolled fear of something, it is a problem of the mind, not the brain, somewhere in the past, an association has been made by the mind that the item or animals are a menace or threat to your survival. Your mind controls your body and not vice versa, this explains why drugs usually don’t work. It is a bit like trying to stop a speeder by putting diesel in his petrol car. It doesn’t affect the driver (mind) but he sure ain’t moving the car (body) very far or well for a brief moment. Hence drugs don’t work on a long-term basis.
If we look at these phobias we see clearly that the individual suffering from such is irrational in his thinking. A person who has no fear of spiders will eagerly explaining that there is no need for fearing spiders. A person who is frighten of heights and can’t step on a chair without panic attacks perhaps sees that it is illogical but can do little about it or so it seems. As irrational as it may seem it has some logic pertaining to it. The panic attacks, fear or various other emotional mechanism deployed by our mind do have a survival goal in mind by keeping the individual away from the item or circumstance of difficulty. The mind is protecting you for your own “best”. What’s happening is the mind has made a mis-association, or many, and is getting it wrong. It can’t explain it and more often than not can’t even look or talk about the apparent mis-association. This can get as bad as people suffering of a phobia on button, or mirrors, or really anything you care to name.
These mis-associations usually occur in times of duress, stress, accidents or other moments when our “guards” or consciousness is down. In particular, moments when under the influence of drugs, anesthetic, or medical operations in general. The most common moments are of course accidents especially with children. A fall, a knock to the head, anything can be such a moment. It is not that our children are more fragile than adults it is simply they have more minor accidents.
In these moments of lowered consciousness our mind can have a temporary “shut-down” of its analytical abilities. It doesn’t shut down its recording of data but it doesn’t process the data any longer. This is a simple protective measure, just like we have a fuse-box in our house.
Once the mind is up and running again, it still can’t fully analyse the data and it is at this point when it gets into trouble, spiders can become a phobia, buttons, mirrors, airplanes, heights, a certain type of person, a anything, can become a phobia. In short you become a victim to your own mind and circumstances.
There are various ways of dealing with such a problem, usually people cope by finding ways around it, sometimes people are not even aware of the exact nature of their difficulties so they leave whole areas or section untouched. Take a person with a phobia of flying who ends up never leaving the country. Some people use drugs, medication, etc. to overcome the difficulty or hypnotism.
A word of caution on Hypnotism, as it operates on same principle, lowering your awareness and than installing “barriers” so that your analytical faculty can’t access that area any longer. However the barriers are of the size of a Chinese Wall in your mind. You may not realize but you loose far in excess of what you will ever gain.
The best way is actually to retrain the mind and to resolve these mis-associations by itself. Once the mind is able to see the true data it can correct its own mis-associations instantly. Indeed it can do so but not without the help of another person. Where phobias or other similar natured difficulties or disorders exist we can employ a method of retraining the mind. Retrain your own mind.

There is no catch, but it doesn’t happen magically in a few minutes. You have to be willing to spend a few hours or more, pending on the phobia itself. Being able to rid yourself should be worth a try, considering you do it in your own home with a trusted person.

I cannot consent with you even more on this unique. It looks everywhere I go people today begin flaming about something. I am beginning to question men and women…I do not know appears really pesimistic but this can be how i see it.I consider citizens have to discover out greater about themselves in basic considering only with propper education will we make a distinction.
